If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment. Please allow anywhere from 1 to 45 days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank’s processing times. If you opt for an exchange, the replacement item will be shipped to you after the returned item has been inspected and approved.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving an incorrect or defective item. In these cases, Ergonomc LLC will cover the return shipping costs.
Please note that certain types of items, such as custom-made or personalized products, are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they contain defects.
