Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy

At Ergonomc LLC, your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes a purchase may not meet your expectations, and we are committed to providing a straightforward process for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Conditions for Return

You may return purchased items within 30 days of receipt if they are in their original, resealable condition. This includes items being:

  • Unused
  • Undamaged
  • Accompanied by all original packaging and accessories

Items that do not meet these criteria are not eligible for return or exchange.

Process for Returns and Exchanges

1. Initiate a Return
To start the return process, please contact our customer service team at support@ergonomc.com with your order number and the reason for the return. You will be provided with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions.
2. Shipping the Product Back
You are responsible for securely packaging the product and shipping it back to the address provided by our customer service. We recommend using a traceable shipping method, as Ergonomc LLC is not responsible for lost or misdirected packages.
3. Inspection and Processing
Upon receiving your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. This process typically takes 3-5 business days. Once the inspection is complete, the return or exchange will be processed.

Refunds

If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment. Please allow anywhere from 1 to 45 days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank’s processing times. If you opt for an exchange, the replacement item will be shipped to you after the returned item has been inspected and approved.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving an incorrect or defective item. In these cases, Ergonomc LLC will cover the return shipping costs.

Exceptions

Please note that certain types of items, such as custom-made or personalized products, are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they contain defects.
