S M Fahim, an engineer turned marketer, founded it in 2024. We run the marketing that brings a firm's inquiries in and build the software they land in.

Who runs Ergonomc

S M Fahim trained as a mechatronics engineer and got into marketing by ranking a programming blog. Client work followed, and in 2024 it turned toward law firms.

As founder, S M Fahim sets the plan for each marketing client, reads every monthly report and leads the engineering behind Ergonomc's software. At Rudin Law, a personal injury firm, that meant running the marketing as a part-time CMO (fractional) and leading the build of Ghost Intake, our intake software, first installed there in August 2026.

Five habits you can hold us to.

We test your form before we send it more traffic.
We fill out your web form as a prospect would, then follow the inquiry to your CRM and the callback.
We fix the tracking before we report on it.
Ghost Intake writes onto each Lead Docket record the ad, search or page that first brought the person in. The CMO counts signed cases by channel from those records and your ad accounts.
If an inquiry goes missing, you make one call.
When you hire both halves, finding an inquiry lost between the ad and your CRM is our job.
We build for the bad day.
If the bot check behind Ghost Intake is down, the lead is still accepted and flagged, and an alert goes out. If your CRM can't be reached, deliveries are retried, and someone is alerted if they still fail. Backups run nightly and can't be deleted for 30 days.
Your lawyers make the legal calls.
Your firm's lawyers approve consent wording and advertising copy. Ghost Intake stores the exact wording each person agreed to, with the time.

Publish a number on this site without its base, its date and how it was measured.
Show a client's logo, branding or screens on this site. Clients appear in text, by name.
Build what you can buy. If software you already pay for can do the job, we'll show you the setting.

Ergonomics, for law firms.

Ergonomc is read “ergonomic”. Ergonomics is the work of fitting tools to the people who use them. Ours are used by lawyers, their staff and the people who contact a law firm for help.

The spelling is a trick from our own naming guide for law firms: if the one-word name you want is taken, drop its last vowel. The word we wanted was “ergonomic”.

The word comes from two Greek words: ergon, work, and nomos, law.
