Ghost Intake keeps the leads who quit your form

A typical law firm form sends nothing until the last button. Ghost Intake gives your WordPress site a short contact step and six questions answered with a tap, and saves each answer as it's tapped.

  • Lead Docket usually has the record within seconds of the first answer, while the visitor is still answering.
  • The record carries the ad, search or page that first brought the person in.
  • About a minute after the visitor stops, a plain-English transcript lands in the record's notes.

Does Ghost Intake work with our CRM?

Ghost Intake works with your WordPress site and Lead Docket. Another CRM or site platform is a custom build.

Does Ghost Intake use AI or score leads?

No. There's no AI in it, and it doesn't score leads.

Will Copperplate change what I said?

The cleanup is built to edit your words, never to summarize them, answer questions or add facts. It's also built never to soften injury or medical details. Read what it types before you send it.

What do we get before a custom build starts?

A written plan. It states what the build does and what it leaves out; which accounts it runs on; what data it stores, where each copy is kept, for how long and who can see it; milestones, with dates; and the price.
