Accessibility statement
- Applies to
- ergonomc.com
- From
- Ergonomc LLC
- Statement date
- October 15, 2026
This statement covers ergonomc.com: the standard we build to, how we check it and how to tell us about a problem.
The short version
- Our target is WCAG 2.2 at level AA, the W3C's Web Content Accessibility Guidelines.
- Every page is scanned automatically before each release and checked by hand with a keyboard.
- If something gets in your way, email support@ergonomc.com or call +1 (929) 312-6528.
About our software. This statement covers the website. For Ghost Intake, the intake form we install on your firm's site, or Copperplate, our dictation keyboard for Android, email us. We'll reply about the screens you name.
How the site is built
Structure. Headings run in order, and the header, navigation, main content and footer are marked as regions. A "Skip to content" link comes first on every page.
Keyboard. Everything works with a keyboard alone, and a visible outline shows where you are. Menus open with Enter or Space, close with Escape and return you to their button.
Contrast. Body text has a contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1, and large text, icons and form borders at least 3:1. Both ratios hold in every color scheme the site offers. Links in body text are underlined.
Zoom. Text enlarges to 200% without losing content. On narrow screens, pages reflow to one column with no sideways scrolling.
Motion. Nothing flashes or plays sound on its own. If your device asks for reduced motion, animation turns off.
Images and diagrams. Images that carry information have text alternatives, and every diagram has a written description beside it.
Forms. Every field has a visible label, and optional fields say so in words. Errors appear in words beside the field, screen readers announce them, and your entries stay. There's no time limit.
Bot check. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which never asks you to solve a puzzle. Cloudflare states that Turnstile meets WCAG 2.2 AA. If the form won't send, email us instead.
Links. Links that leave this site tell screen readers which site they open. In body text, they also carry a ↗ mark.
How we check it
Automated. Before each release, every page is scanned with axe, an automated checker, against WCAG 2.2 AA. A serious or critical finding stops the release until it's fixed.
By hand. We test with a keyboard alone, at 200% and 400% zoom, at phone widths and with reduced motion on. Changed pages get the same checks before they go live.
Known limitations
Our booking page runs on Calendly, which is responsible for its accessibility. If it gets in your way, email or call us and we'll set a time with you directly.
When we find a barrier on this site, we list it here, with another way to get what you need, until we've fixed it.
Tell us about a problem
If something here is hard to use, or you need information in another format:
- Email: support@ergonomc.com
- Phone: +1 (929) 312-6528
- Post: Ergonomc LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801
Tell us the page, what you were trying to do and, if you like, the browser and assistive technology you use. If the problem is ours, we tell you what we'll fix and get you the information another way in the meantime.
