Terms of use

Applies to
ergonomc.com
From
Ergonomc LLC
Effective
October 15, 2026

These terms cover your use of ergonomc.com (the "site"), which Ergonomc LLC ("Ergonomc", "we", "us") runs. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

The short version

  • We aren't a law firm. Nothing on the site is legal advice, and contacting us doesn't make us your lawyers.
  • The site describes our work. It isn't a contract for it. Services and software come under separate terms we agree with each client.
  • You can read, link to and quote the site. Copying it wholesale, or using our names to suggest we endorse you, needs our written permission.
  • The site is provided as it is. It may have errors or be unavailable at times, and our liability for it is limited (section 10).
  • Wyoming law applies.
  • Questions go to support@ergonomc.com.

Our software isn't covered here. Ghost Intake (our intake software), Copperplate (our dictation keyboard for Android) and custom builds come with their own terms. How each product handles data is on Where intake data lives and What leaves the phone.

Who we are

Ergonomc LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company. Its registration is public in the Wyoming Secretary of State's business records. Lawyer SEO Expert, Legal CMO Expert and WP SEO Geeks are part of Ergonomc, and Ergonomc LLC operates them and their websites. Our contact details are in section 14.

If you use the site for a firm or company, you confirm that you may accept these terms for it.

Using the site

You may use the site to learn about Ergonomc, its services and its software, and to contact us. When you use it, please don't:

  • break the law or infringe anyone's rights
  • send spam, malware, or unlawful, abusive or misleading content through our contact form
  • give false contact details or pretend to be someone else
  • try to reach parts of the site or our systems that aren't public, or interfere with how the site works
  • copy the site with automated tools heavily enough to slow it down, or to build a competing product or dataset

Search engines and archive services may index the site in the usual way. We may block access for anyone who breaks these terms. If any part of the site is hard to use, our accessibility statement explains how to tell us.

Security problems. If you find one, tell us at support@ergonomc.com and stop testing. Don't access, change or keep anyone's data, and don't disrupt the site for others. We read every report. We won't treat good-faith testing that follows these rules as a breach of these terms.

We aren't a law firm

Ergonomc runs marketing and builds software, mostly for law firms. We don't give legal advice.

Some pages touch on legal topics, such as attorney advertising rules, client confidentiality or privacy law. That's general information about how our work operates. It isn't legal advice, and it doesn't say a service or product meets the rules that apply to your firm.

Using the site, sending us a message or booking a call doesn't create an attorney-client relationship or a duty of confidentiality.

Your firm decides whether a service or tool meets its ethics, regulatory and privacy duties. Your firm also approves its own advertising and consent wording.

Please don't send us confidential client information or case details through the site.

Our services and software

The site describes our marketing services, our software (Ghost Intake and Copperplate) and our custom builds.

Descriptions explain how things work. They aren't an offer you can accept by using the site, and they aren't a warranty.

We provide services and software only under separate terms agreed with each client, such as a proposal, a statement of work or a license. If those terms conflict with the site, those terms win.

The Copperplate app is covered by its privacy policy (opens smfahim.com) and by the terms we agree when you get access.

A first call, booked through the site or otherwise, commits neither of us to any work.

We don't list prices on the site. Each service quotes after a call.

Screens, dictations and leads shown on the site use invented data, unless a page says otherwise. They show how the software works, not anyone's real information.

Results depend on things outside our control, such as search engines, ad platforms, competition and how your team works. Nothing on the site promises a ranking, a number of leads, transcription accuracy or any other result. Commitments are in the written terms for the work.

Our content and names

We own the site's text, design, diagrams and code, or license them from their owners. Copyright and other laws protect them.

You may view the site, link to any page and quote short extracts with a link back to their page. You may print or save pages for your own reference. Anything else, such as republishing content, copying the design or using the content to train AI models, needs our written permission.

Ergonomc, Ghost Intake, Copperplate, the names of our three marketing services and our logos are trademarks of Ergonomc LLC or used by it under license. Please don't use them in a way that suggests we endorse you, your firm or your product, or that we're connected with you.

Other names on the site, such as Android, Cloudflare, Lead Docket and WordPress, belong to their owners. We name them to say what our work runs on or connects to. That doesn't mean they endorse us.

What you send us

When you send us information through the site, you confirm it's accurate and that you may share it. We handle it as our privacy policy describes.

If you send us ideas or suggestions about our services or software, we may use them without owing you anything. That applies to ideas only. Your firm's confidential information and work stay yours, under any agreement we have with you.

Errors and changes to the site

The site may contain errors. If a description here differs from the terms agreed for your work, those terms win. We may change, suspend or remove any part of the site without notice.

Disclaimer

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties about the site, express or implied. These include warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

This section covers the website only. Any warranties for our services or software are in the terms for that work.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent the law permits:

  • we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or your reliance on its content
  • we aren't liable for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill arising from the site
  • our total liability for any claim arising from the site is limited to US $100

Where the law doesn't allow these limits, they apply only as far as it does. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law. This section doesn't change any limit in the separate terms for our services or software.

Governing law and disputes

Wyoming law governs these terms and any dispute about the site, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute that can't be settled informally goes to the state or federal courts located in Wyoming. You and we agree to their jurisdiction.

Before starting a formal claim, please email support@ergonomc.com and give us 30 days to resolve it.

Changes to these terms

When we update these terms, we post the updated version here with its effective date. The updated terms apply to use of the site from that date.

General

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.

If we don't enforce part of these terms, we can still enforce it later.

These terms and our privacy policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the site. Separate terms govern any services or software we provide.

You may not transfer your rights under these terms. We may transfer ours to a successor to our business.

"Including" means including without limitation.

Sections 5, 6, 9, 10 and 11 keep applying after you stop using the site.
